Our Products

Yes -  always. Every product in the Luvian Marelle collection is 100% Cruelty Free and 100% Vegan. No animal testing at any stage, and no animal-derived ingredients. This is a non-negotiable condition of everything we carry.

Many of our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. However, skin is individual. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. If you have specific concerns, contact us and we will guide you.

The complete ingredient list is displayed on every product page. What is listed there is exactly what is inside - no hidden actives, no vague blends.

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Always close lids and caps tightly after use to maintain product integrity.

Yes. Every product displays a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging - an open jar icon with a number indicating how many months the product remains effective after opening.

Yes - our products are designed to work together. Apply skincare products from thinnest to thickest consistency, and always finish with SPF during the day. Contact us if you need help building a routine.

You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications directly on the product page. You will be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

Absolutely. Our formulas are universal and designed for all skin types, ages, and genders. Beauty has no boundaries - and neither do our products.

Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Contact us at support@luvianmarelle.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered preparation, and dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

Yes. You will receive two emails:

- Order confirmation - sent immediately after checkout

- Shipping confirmation - sent once dispatched, including your tracking number

If you do not receive either, please check your spam folder.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details at any point.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. All orders over $95 USD qualify for complimentary standard shipping worldwide, applied automatically at checkout.

Total delivery includes order preparation (5 - 9 business days) plus carrier transit:

  • North America: 8 -14 days standard / 5 - 10 expedited-
  • Global: 10 - 23 days standard / 7 - 20 expedited
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12 - 31 days standard / 9 - 27 expedited

Yes - we ship worldwide to destinations across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and more.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent automatically to your email. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Please check all packaging carefully first. If an item is still missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item.

Contact us at support@luvianmarelle.com as soon as possible. We review each case individually and will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
