Placing an Order

Browse our collections, select your products, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping address and payment details before confirming your purchase.

By completing checkout, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. An order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately - this confirms receipt of your order, not dispatch.

All payments are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your full card details at any point.

All transactions are in USD (US Dollars). Your bank may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees - these are outside our control and are your responsibility.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive two emails:

  • Order confirmation - sent immediately after checkout
  • Shipping confirmation - sent once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at support@luvianmarelle.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered preparation.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Pricing & Promotions

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Taxes & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the order total at checkout.

Payment Security

All transactions on our website are encrypted using SSL technology and processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

If you suspect unauthorized activity on your account, please contact your bank immediately and reach out to us at support@luvianmarelle.com.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your card details and billing address, then try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try a different payment method.
