Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout.

Potential Delays
International shipments may occasionally experience minor delays during customs clearance. These situations are rare and outside our control.
Order Management
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. This email includes your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery.
If you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier conditions, weather, or remote area surcharges. These situations are outside our direct control.
What to Do
If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
If an item is missing from your order, please check all packaging carefully first — items are sometimes wrapped separately within the same parcel.
If an item is still missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item.
Reports made more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Parcels may occasionally fail to deliver or be returned due to an incorrect address or missing contact information.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
Missing Phone Number
Providing a phone number allows the carrier to contact you if a delivery issue arises.
If you believe your order has been lost in transit rather than returned, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
General Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We review each case individually.
