At Laqli Miami, we are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and on time. This policy explains our shipping options, delivery timeframes, and related terms.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer standard and express shipping options, with express shipping available for an additional fee. We work with trusted carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services for standard deliveries.

 

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all states in the United States and most countries around the world. However, there are some restrictions in certain regions due to local laws or logistical limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to delays by shipping carriers, customs clearance for international orders, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or holidays.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status using the provided link.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 3 business days, please contact our support team.


Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed or returned to us, and re-shipping fees may apply.

If delivery fails due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address details, or refusal of the package, the package will be returned to Lackley Miami, and re-shipping fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.

If you receive a damaged package, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and include photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or offer store credit.

 

Delivery Confirmation

For security reasons, certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery.

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, check with neighbors or building management. If you still cannot find the package, contact us.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to restrictions in certain countries, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes (for express shipping), military APO/FPO addresses in certain regions, or countries subject to trade sanctions.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak seasons and holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
